The all-rounder
Standard Helical Geared Motors have an array of uses and offer confirmed quality. This type of geared engine is available from Ever-Power in six sizes, in several stage versions with torque ranges from 50 to 700 Nm. We produce the gear wheels for helical gear units from highly wear-resistant, case-hardened steels.
Compact power packs
Our UNICASE Helical Geared Motors have a concise design, with an exceptionally robust grey cast iron casing. They are equipped with especially efficient motors to be able to operate as effectively as possible, even at the maximum torque of 26,000 Nm.

With the Ever-Power series we positioned a higher priority on a smooth, easy to clean surface. This feature is especially important for users in hygienically essential sectors like the food or pharmaceutical industries.
Based on the size of the gear unit, we generate Ever-Power Helical Gear Units with a die cast aluminium or grey cast iron casing. In this way you have optimum performance with every variant.
The aluminium housing of the Ever-Power series provides organic corrosion protection. However we can provide additional protection if needed with the innovative nsd tupH surface area treatment. In contrast to typical paint it cannot flake off – a great advantage in harsh environments.
