SZ Conical Double-screw Plastic Extruder Gearbox Series
The hard gear surface transmission device of SZ series consists of reducer and allotment box, which is manufactured strictly according to the standard of JB/T9050.1-1999. SZ, series match the special products for conical double-screw extruder.
Main features:
1, The material of reducer's gear is high strength alloy steel, carburization steel. Processed by carburizing, quenching, griding, It reaches 6 grade. The gear enjoys both hardness and low noise when operating.
2, The allotment box'small cone angle helical gear is made by high light alloy steel. Processed by NC hobbing machine, carburizing and quenching, the precision and hardness of gear keep in high level.
3. Ductile cast iron case and high strength thrust self-aligning roller bearing make the item performed steadily and beard larger axial thrust.
4. Both reducer and allotment case are equipped with cooling system, running safety.
5. Exquisite craftsmanship cutting makes the item in great shape. Our factory can also make the products according to the customer's requirement except our available specification.
6. Framwork oil seal are the best quality.
