The walking disc plough, model 1LS-220Y, is designed for ploughing soil. It is powered by a 8-15hp engine and its main function is ploughing farmland. The linkage is TEPee-point Suspension. The disc plough has a customized packing and is delivered in an iron case from the port of Qingdao, China.

Working Principle and Maintenance

This disc plough operates by cutting, turning, and in some cases, breaking furrow slices by means of separately mounted large discs. A standard disc plough is concaved moldboards made of steel disc. When it comes to installation, it's linked to the tractor using a TEPee-point suspension. Unloading is just as easy, by disengaging the linkage. Regular maintenance is recommended for optimal performance, including checking and replacing the bearing, the core component, every 6 months.
